Hi lads I agree with your sentiments, unfortunately the Police today won't do anything as they are comprised of do-gooders and social workers 
It reminds me of a story i read in the paper last month, this ex squaddie who had just finished a tour of Afghanistan had come out the Army and tried to join the Police. Basicaly they said he was unsuitable as he didn't fit their profile, in a nutshell the powers that be were afraid that this guys Military past might offend the imigrant minority groups
