Well there are so many folk who have NOT sent in a photo it will be a minority that get photo ID cards. The rest of you get a non-piccy version. Better then nothing.
Andy, to speed things up shall I sign them as Admin? Then I can send them to you and you can distribute as you seen folk.

Yes I have them already printed.
I just have to source the lamination wallets.
You lot have to source a small passport size photo of yourselves. The photo should be in uniform but hatless unless you use your hat to hide civvy hair.
They will have on them:-
Society Logo.
Your name.
You have to fill in Unit details.
There is an expiry date, March 2008.
If I can find the wallets in time you will have membership card for Detling.

Membership cardsi think we should opt for a permanent card with a seperate renewal validation card.then we only need the renewal card every year & not a whole new card with photo etc it would make it easy then you would not have the problem of chaseing members for a photo every year & having to produce a new photo id card every year.

You run the risk of exmembers still having a dateless valid card.
You, the member, must supply your own photo and afix it to the card yourself. Or not and have no photo on the card, up to you.
The template is on file now, I just change the date on PC and print. That is when I have the time and not flat out! Soon I'll get the chance to sit down and err, what's that word, errmm, ah yes relax!!!
You'll get the cards when I get the wallets. I'm going to Germany on the 16th. Won't be at Detling, so we'll see.
