Thanks to all for yet another enjoyable and strangely relaxing weekend -it was good to get to know members of the group a little better and fun interacting with MoPs and practice my german some more. However i still must work on my Ade Edmondson blackadder german accent.
After going to Eden Camp over ten years ago as a MoP it was great to go there in kit, as part of the group. It was well worth the travelling (got home 1930 on sunday evening) but must remember next year to totally avoid the A64 around York on the the Friday though -go via Castle Howard.
My thanks to Andy for allowing me to break up the trip via his house and to Les for driving us there.
See you all at Waltham abbey...under canvas! _________________ Hurra die Gams!.....und der disco!!

good to catch up again with you/your dad Kris. THeres some good pictures there -i like the ones of us on the gate we all look good-i think with some cropping and b/w aging they could look quite 1940s.
